I feel like I am back on point. I've spent the past 2 hrs at the gym running/lifting weights and soon to be rock climbing. My diet has been good too so this is a great start. Thank you MFP family for bringing me up when I need it. Love you guys!

"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball" How many calories do you think you burn playing this for an hour? Theres lots of rest time so its not like its non-stop action for the whole time. But you do juke and jive quite a bit when you're out there. Lots of fun!

interesting thing I've noticed with everyones calorie counts
Every person whom I looked at is always under their calorie counts for that day. Granted, I havent looked at EVERY single person's diary but I find it amusing that no one has seemed to go over the magic number. Is everyone really doing that good or do some people fudge the numbers so that it looks like they are doing well?

Haven't eaten at all today....
Other than a granola bar when I woke up this morning. Its my day off and have been lounging around doing nothing. Been kinda nice. Doesnt happen very often. Anywho, my question is, should I try to eat back the calories I missed this morning? or just run at a deficit all day long?

Success breeds motivation!
And I am super motivated now.Just started an already down 10 lbs. WOW! I cant believe how quickly this is happening. I am sure its mostly water weight and I shouldnt get too excited but wooohooo!!!
