Haven't eaten at all today....

Other than a granola bar when I woke up this morning. Its my day off and have been lounging around doing nothing. Been kinda nice. Doesnt happen very often. Anywho, my question is, should I try to eat back the calories I missed this morning? or just run at a deficit all day long?

    I wouldn't force yourself to eat if you're not hungry, but if you feel like you're hungry later, just eat more then. Keep track of your calories and try to stay under your total goal.

    All that really matters is where you end up at the end of the day. Doesn't matter if you eat it all at once or spread it out.

    That being said, if it were me I'd eat and enjoy it, but if you aren't hungry there's no sense forcing yourself to eat.
