I lost a bunch of weight a little while ago and then gained back about 20 lbs. Now I am heading back downwards again. I dont feel lighter and dont look lighter(to me anyways) but I went and got my BP checked on one of those automatic BP cuffs and my arm slid right in. Normally I have to wedge it in there. I wasnt overly excited about the number it produced haha but thats besides the point.
