  • Hi Erica, It's always hard to keep track when you have work dos or going out to eat! I try to avoid the bread because that seems to be where you get a lot of calories you don't need. If you can eat the hot dog without the bun and if they have any other veggies to avoid the chips you might not fall off the wagon too much.…

  • While it's more satisfying seeing the lbs drop off, it's also good to mark progress by measuring your waist and other parts of your body. Muscle weighs more than fat but takes up less space so if you are gaining muscle you may gain some weight.
