Well hi folks,

I'm Geoff 30 from Wirral, Merseyside. This is it! the final frontier of weight loss. I'm committed, I'm motivated & im spending £37 a month in a nice gym so i better make the most of it eh? I stumbled across MFP a few weeks ago through my iPhones apps and it really has given me a place that i can go to and use for fantastic support & guidance.
If there are any other users in my part of the world that fancy chatting and helping each other out then it would be great to meet some local people. I've chatted to a few people from around the world on here and everyone has been so nice and lovely.
Just shows how easy it is to come together when we are all have a common ground.

Well thanks, please add me as a friend - i intend to be active on here and keep you posted and will always reply to messages and encourage others!

Great! x

Hello, I'm from Sheffield UK, originally from Altrincham south of Manchester. I had bariatric surgery, initially 3 years ago when I first had a band, and then I had a revision to a sleeve last year and have now reached a plateau and struggling to get the last 2.5 stone off. I'm hoping that by making use of this online tool (which I only discovered yesterday) I will be able to manage the types of food I am consuming far better as weight loss surgery doesn't necessarily cure 'head' issues. Good luck!
