I work a desk job 7-3, try to walk at least a mile, eat dinner... It's pretty much the same every day.

I am eating foods that are as close to whole and unprocessed as possible but it just frustrates me because I'm STILL over 1200 calories and my macros are off. I'm even exercising. So what the heck?

This would be daily with a variation in proteins, vegetables, and fruits. This app says only eat 1300 calories a day. I know this is healthier in comparison to my regular diet for sure but I don't know what the calories pan out to being. Definitely less than what I've been eating but not sure if under 1300. Why would you only count half the calories that you burn? Even eating bad I'm still burning them. The thing is if I plan lunch and dinner around that I won't be eating. . The limit mfp has set is 1200.
