Seems since I started it last week I haven't had much of an appetite which is a big change for me from the constant wanting to binge eat on the Junel Fe... Just curious if anyone else has the same.

Riding a bike to lose weight?
Anyone lose weight by riding a bike? I don't mean the kind in the gym...like a REAL bike. I'm trying to find something I'll stick to and I think that might be my best bet. Success stories?

TDEE?
Does anyone follow the TDEE idea? I did the math and came up with a TDEE of 1600 cals. Therefore eating less than that would create a deficit and weight loss right?

clean eating but not meeting guidelines
I'm eating clean but for some reason even though I'm meeting my caloric goal my percentages are completely off. For example, carbs are at 77% instead of 50%. This is before lunch and dinner and mostly because I'm eating fruit instead of bad carbs. Is this normal?

reversing the effects of a bad meal
So I caved this morning and gave in to a terrible breakfast. .. when I logged it it was like 970 calories! :-( how much should I workout to reverse the effects?

Are there any vegans here? I've been researching the diet and lifestyle and am considering giving it a try for a multitude of reasons. I don't know where to start. Have you lost weight on it? What about vitamin deficiencies?

How many minutes of exercise am I supposed to get a day?
I'm not entirely sure how much I should get, but even after 25 minutes (and I can't possibly go any longer) I've only burned 168 calories based on what this says. I play a game on my wii, mostly, "Fit In Six" which is just basically a bunch of workout videos. It's no walk in the park...but am I not getting enough?
