I was on implant, weightloss was hard but not impossible. Been on POP pill since jan 2010, ive lost 68lbs so deffo do-able. Ive now came off, be interesting to see if any differance.

I pigged out when pregnant, simples! I didnt get back into exercise till 8 months after, by time 14 months had passed was pregnant again however, i managed to gain average amount.

Yes dont burn much but HIIT has so many benefits. Best one for me, is my overall fitness improvement! AMAZING! I lost 21.5" in 6 weeks, good enough for me!!

Ive had davina dvd to try via lovefilm... if you dont like davina i doubt you'll get into & enjoy it. i personally hate her, yes workouts were OK, but just boring. Also on otherhand i find jillian michaels DVDS boring but i do like them better as its strength, cardio, abs feel that works better for me.

Depends how bad really. Before christmas, i could sleep, eat, swallow water, that was point i couldnt exercise, i was drained! Yes & No from my view. For my five a day, if wanted eat 3 oranges a day, got bag of 5/6 oranges for £2.50 a pop this would work out expensive for me to do. Mean carrots on the other hand aren't an issue, but its 50/50 in my opinion.

I can find out for you lol! Im going on zumba in a bit :) Ive done 60-70mins on just dance burnt 487-503 calories, there shorter & have like minute rest between. (Im 174lb by the way)
