Eating to close to workout can start one off Also you need to breathe from your stomach, i started doing that i dont get them anymore.

I lift, but im not as clued up as i am with my cardio To be honest my a cardio junkie! However i do like my liftting sessions, i enjoy seeing the improvement. Love using kettlebells :D

For ME I can work out 6 days a week 1hr at a time, for weeks on end, BUT i will come to a point, what im giving is poor. So i will go through a resting period and lower what im doing, then knock it up again. What your doing doesnt sound like to much at all.

i just do HIIT classes on turbofire dvds they are mad!!

I kinda do the same only i do 120 squats with 7.5kg kettlebell & 50 squats with 13kg :)

this happens to me ONLY when i exercise early in the morning. Why i cant get up 6am & workout, i NEED at least 1.5L of water in my body before exercising i drink 5-6L a day.

I was told nothing at all - as in i shouldnt do this or what. So did what i wanted still.

Lost 81lbs not once set foot in the gym. Im a mum of 2, i use kinect, weights, wii & dvd's

I started turbo 31st oct, up until end of first week into december then i got ill :( Just restarted on friday 6th jan, will be started week 8 tomorrow. i lost 21.5" in 6 weeks :D

Impossible for me. I need sleep just as much! I only have 2 kids. I need get up, at least have 1litre of water in my before exercise otherwise i get killer headache which will knock me all day, i wont do much else. Wish i could get up that early though.
