Nexplanon implant removal and exercise

Had it removed today and was told not to do weights but not told about any other type of exercise. My arms is still sore so wont exercise today but would elliptical trainer workout be ok? As I use my arms during the work out im not too sure and my nurse didnt seem to have an answer. Thanks for any advice x

    I was told nothing at all - as in i shouldnt do this or what.
    So did what i wanted still.
