I have ALWAYS worked out at home (in my bedroom) thanks to Beachbody. I have tons of DVD's(they only stream now) and so many different options. I also lift light weights, have a spin bike and an outside bike. I workout exactly when I want for how long I want. No waiting for a class to start or trying to schedule my day…

The other way seems MUCH easier! The more I burn from exercise the more I eat.

I have a fitbit flex. Is there a way to just sync MFP & my activity calories? Its calculating ALL of my calories for the day. If I went by that I'd get to eat an extra 1500 calories of food a day. THATS not gonna happen.

Are you eating less than your daily limit on calories? If you arent eating enough then your body will go into starvation mode and store any fat that you eat thus making you either gain weight or not lose. Best of Luck to you!

I have had the same thing in the past! My Dr gave me a bunch of stretches that didnt work but help now that the intense pain is gone. If youre not hungry dont eat is my thinking. I eat small meals so Im always ready for a snack about 2-3 hours after.

Make sure you are eating 3 small meals and then at least 3 snacks, moderation is the key. If you dont eat enough calories then youf body goes into starvation mode and will store ANY fat that you eat so be careful going to low in calorie consumption

Do you plan on exercising? I do Turbo Jam and earn 447 more calories that I can eat everyday.

The site sure makes it easy to lose. I lost 30 with mfp and turbojam. Im back again after my 10 lb holiday gain!
