Fuel/Picky Eater
What is the best way to fuel my body for high impact aerobics if Im a picky eater? I like bananas, granny smith apples, cottage cheese, potatoes.... that's pretty much it. Of course hamburgers, fries, pizza, tacos, baked/fried chicken. NO peanut butter or fish. i did manage to find 1 protein bar that I like. Is there any…
