My BMR is 2089 and my TDEE is about 2800 so I eat between those numbers. Like you I do lots of cardio and some strength training. Eating more has jump…

I try to eat no more than 50g of carbs on 2 days out of the weeks. I eat almonds, string cheese, and sugar free jello because aside from almonds are all no carb and almonds are low carb.

To most simply answer your question, the answer is NO. It is not even close to being accurate, its an estimate of how much a person your size would burn doing the workout.

Exactly what this says. You need to eat healthy and it works.

I hate to hear when anyone has had to deal with any kind of abuse. It is not something that is easy to get over but some people don't understand that. People who have not gone through what you have always have the remedy for fixing you (YEAH RIGHT). I truly think you need to people talking through this with a therapist…

Im an emotional eater as well and I find when I do some type of cardio, even just taking a walk, my cravings subside. It has help me get through a lot of nights, maybe that will help you. Just know that even if you go over on cals today is just one day and you can work that much harder tomorrow. Your going to have bad days…
