If you log in your workout calories you will eat more than 1200 calories, but it's like a new amount of calories. If you eat 1200, burn 1200 your not going to loose any weight. Your trainer is right!

How long did it take you to do 2 miles. I did 2.5 miles in 40 min. on the treadmill. Is this good?

I try to work out before school, I'm to tired after. I try 3 days a week and then on saturday. WE ARE ON SPRING BREAK ALSO!! Thank the lord for kids and school districts!:wink:

I think I will try this with my students in my classroom. For every 2 pounds I loose they will get five dollars toward a pizza party. They'll remnd me to drink my water and walk the field while they are at recess. GREAT IDEA!

My sister and joined MFP in January and love it. We want to get serious out our calories and were talking about getting a body bug like they wear on the Biggest Loser. Does anybody know about or use the body bug know? Wondering????

Watch that ATKINS! I've done it before and lost alot of weight fast for my wedding. Why are you changing things? I put in 30 minutes 6 days a week. i really work out an hour a day and I just enter the excercise and the food I've eaten.
