  • I just started Nutrisystem on Tuesday. I LOVE the food. I ordered mine on QVC. I loved the White bean chilli, the Kung Poa noodles, the Italian pizza, macaroni and beef with mashed potatoes.   • I walked the dog for about 50 minutes and did oneof my 10 minute solution videos. I burned a total of 571 calories tonight. My goal was to hit my neighborhood 3 times and then do a DVD. I did it! I'm thinking about going to spin class in the morning. I haven't been in a WHILE, but i have to get back on track, Wish me luck!

  • Gurl that's good. Those inches count for alot when your putting on your clothes and their to big. I put some of my shorts that I bought last summer and they are two big. I didn't realize I was that big. It's just one size to big but that sure feels great! GOOD JOB!:happy:
