i couldnt get to sleep last night as i had an exam this morning, so i only got a few hours. so i go into school and sit this exam, feeling like crap and what ya'kno, it was sooo easy (: then i get home feel like crap again because i was so tired and i had planned a ful work out session and kept puttin it off, wel after an hour of can i bothered and oh i need to do this, i finally did it and have just doen about a full hour work out and now feel so much better and refreshed (:

i have the same workout session planned for everyday up until friday this week, so lets hope i feel the same through the week and lose my 3 lbs (:
