    05/04/09: 182.8 (-0.6) not much but I definately will take it.
    05/11/09: 183.4 (+0.6) I've been doing more intense weight training, so I'm most likely gaining muscle. I did eat well this week except for yesterday but I know I didn't eat over 3500 calories. lol

    Hey everyone, happy Monday! I'M FINALLY OUT OF THE 150s!!!! *does a happy dance* I celebrated by buying myself a new bikini and some new clothes. Most are still a little tight, but that's alright, I'm planning on still losing more weight. That's a total of 15 pounds in 2 months :happy:

    Ok..I guess my pep rally last week didnt help me because I didnt do well. I didnt loose anything...nada, nothing sinch... I need motivation..please help......I am going on vacation saturday..to California.

    04/27/09: 186 bad bad week, felt so run down that working out did not happen as much as wanted. Pizza Friday night out for anniversary last night ( of course my husband picked an Italian place for dinner)
    05/04/09: 182 back to where I was 2 weeks ago
    05/11/09: 178 total lost 8 pounds
    05/18/09: 177 total lost 9 pounds
    05/25/09: 180 Went to graduation 1000 miles away. Lots of sitting in the car and wrong kinds of food.
    Back to phase 1 South Beach Total lost 6 pounds.
    06/01/09:180 good week working -out bad week of eating. Hopefully next week is better! Total lost 6

    Hey gang,

    Down 1 this week...wanted it to be 2, but I'll take 1.

    I was better about exercise, but worse about eating- had a friend in from out of town so was "forced" to test my willpower in restaurants.... not as good as my will power at home where i don't have tempting stuff!

    Congrats to those who are still moving the needle in the right direction

    For those who need motivation- just think about all that extra skin that shows in the summer - i know I'm already seeing more of mine than I'd like to!

    Hey everyone,
    My last day of school was Friday and I ate like it too. I got on the scale and I was at 197. It would be nice to be out of the 190's. I've treated myself for my first day off with some homemade nachos. I used baked chips and fat free sour cream and turkey meat. i didn't count a single calorie but I plan to work out tonight. I NEED A BREAK.

    We have been moving and I completely let go, stress eating!!!! I gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks... I have to get back to business, I'm prob. not going to lose 27.5 lbs in 6 weeks but I'm going to try to get as much off as possible! Great Job everyone you all are doing great!!! Sorry I fell off but I really want to do better...

    Seems like we have lost a lot of people. I know that I am not going to make my original goal. So I am revising and now working to lose 10 more pounds by July 6.

    I wish I was at 180. I decided to keep up a notch also. I've been on vacation from dieting since we got out of school May 29. Summer school starts next Monday, but I'm not waiting until then to get my routine back on track. Keep up the Good work, your my inspiration.

    Down 1, I was good some days, not so good other days on both eating and exercise. If only I would be good on both EVERY day I'd make my wedding goal....my 1st dress fitting is in 3 weeks... a deadline SHOULD get me motivated!

    :explode: I can't believe that it's going on more then 2 months and I can't seem to keep myself from getting out of the 180's.... My weekend's are hurting me because I tend to eat things I shouldn't, then it leads to the whole weekend!! :devil: I have to try another strategy for my weekends... I have however been losing inching in my waist so that's a postive. I need to refocus my mind again...:grumble:

    You'll get there Brandi! That's great that you are losing inches though, truthfully that's the important part, right??? How you look and how you feel, not some number on a scale. Keep with it!

    Hang in there. My weekends have been hurting me also. I dropped to 177 and now am back to 181ish. I have worked hard and tried to watch my food but have been hanging in the 180's since Memorial Day. I even added the 30 day shred...but the last 3 days of had yucky weather so walking has been cut way down. Keep working....keep working....the scale will start moving again soon!

    Thanks ladies, I need to be reminded that I will get there! My sister-in-law is purchasing me a food scale today, she said if I start using it along with a meal plan she is going to put together for me I will be on my way to losing again (she's a nutrionist). I need structure again like I had on WW. I can't wait for my new kitchen gadget...:bigsmile:

    I am back from my trip and I decided to weigh myself this morning. I was so terrified thinking I had gained it all back but guess what I am at 169lbs....HORRAY! I didnt work out at all last week but I did walk alot. The challenge will be this week as I have to travel again. The problem is unlike last week I wont be walking at all. I hope I make sure to keep the calories low.

    I need some motivation as I am finally out of the 180's, 170's and I am now in the 160's HORRAY :blushing:

    I had to weigh myself twice to make sure it read 169...heheeeee
