If you want a nice toned belly you will have to lose that fat. But you need to concentrate on eating lots of good proteins. Plus working on ab exercises. :) You have to be patient. Keep up with it. It will pay off! ;)

I'm a mom of 6 wonderful kids ages 14-4. I started this journey in 2008 at 198 and got down to 155.6 in 2009. I got lazy in 2011 and gained more than half. I restarted this year and am now down 10lbs. My weight today is 170. I'm 5' 7.5" :) I gained back more than half of what I lost. But I'm back at it!!!

We are twins! :) I'm also 5' 7.5" SW: 198 (in 2008) CW: 170.8 (down 10.2 lbs from my re-start on Jan 8th) GW: 138 (but I'd be happy with 140) I originally started in 2008 and got down to 155.4 in 2009...I then got lazy in 2011 and gained more than half of what I lost back. I am back to reach my goal this year! YAH!
