I don't have cheat meals / day. I just fit what I wanna eat in my macros. If I plan on going out and having a big dinner or something I'll just eat less at lunch and balance it out. I do allow myself a buffer of around 500 cals extra every week so I don't sweat if I do end up going over. Works fine for me so far :)

You can't spot reduce. All you can do is eat at a deficit and lift weights to improve your physique.

You are entitled to your opinion. Oh and I fixed it for you

Do you take it with a side of tums?

What you eat doesn't matter all that much. If you go over your maintenance calories then yes you will gain weight. Would the number on the scale really matter? Do your pants feel tighter? Do you LOOK like you gained weight?
-
Definitely Keep the weight training. Why not weigh yourself every couple of weeks, take pictures and measurement and go by clothes fit instead of the number on the scale? It is just a number afterall and honestly a couple of lbs different could be caused by anything really, especially for a woman.

I don't track sugar at all. It doesn't impact your weight loss, in the end it's about the calorie intake. Unless you have a medical condition and NEED to track your sugar intake, I don't see why you'd bother. I always go over my sugar because I eat a lot of fruits so I don't bother looking at it anymore.

Definitely start liftting now. I made the mistake of losing weight with cardio alone and I ended up just looking like smaller version of what I looked like when I was heavier, I was not satisfied at all, I had no muscle and looked soft all over. I had to bulk to gain muscles to then lean again, it's been an ongoing process…

Any time you can do it. Doesn't matter. Oh and don't listen to Dr. Oz, ever lol

I gain anywhere between 8-12 lbs. It's just a number on the scale so I don't care much since I know it'll be back to normal within 5 days.

Do you engage your core? If you don't, I suggest you start as it will help with the balance. Also taking a wider stance will help, as you progress and improve your balance you can shorten the stance.

I'm sure you could, you'd crack and pop a bit at first but then you'd be just fine!! ;)

Sure thing!

There's as much ''junk'' food now around the office and at family gathering as there was before I started my journey and people still offer it to me just as they did before the only difference is that I now kindly decline - actually have been for a long time now so they bother asking me as much anymore. No one dares try to…

What others eat is a pesonal choice and you should't feel bad about what you eat. Some will choose organic, plant based diets and will feel good doing so while others will just eat whatever they want as long as it fits in their calories and that is absolutely fine as well. One is not more ideal than the other. I'm the…

I don't know for YouTube but I use both yogaglo.com and yogadownload.com . Both are sub based with a monthly fee but offer free trials. Yogaglo is a bit expensive while the other one is 10$ a month (I think, I got a 90$ for the whole year promo so I'm not sure anymore) The have beginner series. There's plenty of websites…

What makes them unhealthy for you? Aside from being high in sodium (if you don't take the low sodium option) there's nothing wrong with them.. It's vegetables with vinegar and salt (well not the bologna, but I personally don't eat meat so I just eat pickled veggies)

Go home, cuddle my couch and never let go of the remote.

Overnight weight gain can be caused by anything from water retention, hormonal change (I can gain up to 13 lbs on the scale when I'm PMSing) to just needing to have a good session on the throne lol !! Don't sweat it

You have a beautiful smile!
