Thanks everyone! Good ideas! My office knows I'm not snacking on sweet things now and I think the no money thing is good. I do have healthy snacks but sometimes it's soo appealing to nip to the shop but I won't be doing that now!

Lol thanks guys. I love the "you shouldn't be bored at work" I agree but it's easier said than done getting your perfect job! I like my job, as I said and I am normally busy but I still think about snacks etc more than I should.

I weigh 180lbs and I burn between 200 and 250 cals when I do the shred! Last time I did it, circa a week ago I burnt 234 (HRM)

It could be anything, water retention, bloatedness for some reason, what did you eat yesterday?
