I don't call it cheating...it's living. I am realistic I can't eat "clean" 100% of the time. I do things and I enjoy myself. I exercise, eat fresh good quality food most of the time, and allow myself a glass of wine and treats and I think I have a good balance. It's all about a healthy lifestyle.

Celery is a miracle ingredient! I add to the base of many sauces like ragu etc as it's very clever - it releases the flavours of the other ingredients, so even though it melts into the sauce it makes it taste soo much better! Celery and PB is a good snack if you're eating is raw.

It's difficult because if your cramps are that bad you probably don't want to move. However, when I feel like that (I get cramps) I know that as soon as I do my normal exercise I will feel better, exercise helps definitely!
