Which site is the most accurate to get your numbers? I have went to 3. And, get different numbers on each one. I want to do this correctly
Before I read on this forum...I had no clue what i was doing! I have learned so much from all of you! So TY for the posts! I thought I had to starve myself in order to lose weight.

Short answer... NONE.
No website is, no fat monitor system is, none are accurate...
If you want real accuracy, then go to a doctor and get the tests done. If you don't want to do that - pick one and stick with it. Even if it's off, it's still going to be consistant for you, and another way to track your results.
ALWAYS use the same tools to measure for most accurate results.0 -
