Hey hun, I created the Christmas Challenge ticker :-) and I'm very glad lots of people are using it! You need to relax and focus on only using your stomach muscles to do the movement, focus your eyes on a point on the ceiling and make sure your neck and head don't move when you move up into the exercise. Good luck!

Try mixing up the work outs you're doing - you may be too used to your exercise regime now and also trying upping your calories for a week by a couple hundred to get your body ticking again!
