Hey Pals!! Loks lie everyne did great on there first day!! It went well for me too I didnt have the urge for any of my three items because I wasnt feeling to well but we will see how the next 99 days go...lol Im confident that we have this is the bag just remember the ending result!!

Hey everyone havent checked in in awhile so here I am!! When I joined the challenge 11/07/2011 I was 213.2. My goal weight to be by christmas was 200. When I weighed in yesterday 12/04/2011 I was 200.2!! So ive met my goal already now I want to see how much more I can lose by christmas! Im wishing you all Great luck with…
