vodka and water (none of the diet drinks, they are really bad for you and they are known to put on the lbs!) Lots of lemon with the Vodka and water. Sip it, it's really refreshing! May have to get used to it though. Good luck!

Actually .... no sweetner added to this (especially not sugar free! Yuck, and terrible for the body in general). Yes, I'd say blueberries and strawberries and a banana.... this sweetens it perfectly. :heart:

All the sugar free, sugar substitutes are so bad for you! All of them. Best to just drink water and put fruit in it for flavor and be done. Little to no calories and no side effects. Do yourself a big favor and do a search on those artificial sweetners.... read up and don't drink the diet cokes, pepsi this or pepsi that....

My fave is homemade sweet potato fries - not really fried, but baked in the over with a tiny bit of Olive Oil drizzled across them and a little bit of sea salt. Yummy! :bigsmile:

Mostly I try to weigh once a week. But I've been in a lull for a couple of months now and I don't weigh even once a week. But here soon I will be again once a week. I think it's perfectly fine if you feel comfy. That's the most important thing. I just have never felt comfy doing it. But I do support w/sports bras :laugh: I just keep 'em under now a days.

Personally, I don't like taking a milk product for protein so I use a Nutribiotic Organic Rice Protein in vanilla. Very true. It's really, really important to eat those 1200 calories above all so you will still lose weight and you should yes, be eating your extra workout calories too - but it's not a huge deal to leave a few of those every day if you wish, I think most of us do do that. I try to look at my food diary and keep a check on it there, since I'm not trying to build muscle right now. I try to get as much as the goal set for me in my food diary.
