Awesome job !! Happy for you but now I am depressed. I have been doing this since June and have lost 12 pounds. How did you do it? I am staying under calorie and working out 5-6 days a week, what is your secret?

Hi there, I too was dx with IBS-D which I always felt was the doctors way of saying "we don't quite know what is wrong but here is a dx". I would be interesting in the info you found out. Thanks so much AnnMarie

crockpot... easy 5 ingredient recipes or I always keep all kinds of frozen veggies and brown rice on hand and throw together a stir fry of some kind. Any meat (chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, whatever) season however you like.. Yummy and quick :)

I am confused about all this weight loss calorie calculations.. I thought is was calories in vs. calories used. As long as calories used is more than calories taken in, you should lose weight... I understand the body compensates initially for lack of calories but at some point doesn't the body have to lose fat if you are…

Feel free to add me!! I hear you.. something in me snapped a few weeks ago looking at my mother and realizing that if I didn't really put my mind to this, I would end up like her. (NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!) So I have recommitted myself the being healthier and more active. I am not denying myself but I am really making better…

Hi there. Lover of good food here. I have struggled forever but I am finally at a point where I am looking at my extended family and don't want to repeat bad patterns of health. I need to do this. Hi there.. More than 50 to lose here and I started an aerobic walking cd. I am now trying a walking/jogging cd. I don't know if I could ever jog on a regular basis but willing to work up to it. Good Luck on your journey and feel free to add me :)

I agree with BigDaddyBRC.. everything we do and not do in life is a choice. Keep your focus, write your goals down and don't let anything keep you from getting to where you want to go.. Congrats on what you have chosen to accomplish already :flowerforyou:
