I have mine taped with medical tape to fit my finger. I really need to get my re-sized and hopefully can find someone to have them done in the next couple of weeks. :)

Your exercise sounds fine to me...depending how long this has been I'd look at switching up exercises & taking a closer look at portions, etc with food. You've come this far! You got this :)

I lost the majority of my weight with WW....so yes it works if you work the program just like you have to work on here & count calories :)

I'm getting close to maintenance (again....I reached what I thought was my goal & decided I could go further). It's a balancing act more so than losing weight. Just start adding in your extra calories slowly to find an amount that is right for you....feel free to add me if you want!

I love teaching my classes! I'm AFAA group certified & NCSF cert as a personal trainer. AFAA's testing is a written & practical....I was a bundle of nerves but being in that room & watching all of the different teaching styles is pretty cool :) Good luck with whoever you go with!

It has taken a while but my loose skin is starting to firm up & if it doesn't? It's way easier to hide in clothing than excess fat :) I have a great loose skin FAQ in my blog!

A lot of doctors push WLS too quickly IMO. Like others have said it's not the easy way out by any means but losing weight with PCOS (I have it) is very possible without surgery.

Yeah if you stop you'll gain the weight back but it's just like if you stop MFP or any other method to lose weight & not go into a maintainance program ;) I personally love the program and do both to make sure I'm eating enough. It would have to be the Cabbage Soup diet. I still will not eat cabbage to this day because of it lol
