If you do it in a loving way I'm all for it :) .....my version of my mom's diet for me? Belittle me almost every time I saw her about my weight. "You have such a pretty face, now if you'd only lose weight" is not showing the love (that's just a mild phrase she'd say....can't post the rest here)

Any time you can fit it in is a good time :) I teach classes in the morning and in the evening.....and I also exercise for myself anytime I can fit it

I have to update my picture that's my avatar but I started at 320 and now 153. I started on May 7, 2008 and hit my first goal of 170 in Feb 2010 :)

Listen to your trainer....you and her have come up with a game plan. This guy is no one to you so don't let him get to you. I'm all about weight training but establishing an exercise routine is most important :)

It basically boils down to age, how long have you been obese/overweight, if you are a smoker and the biggie is genetics. It's either going to bounce back or not. I have a FAQ in my blog about it ;)

I lost the majority of my weight with Weight Watchers....and if you are following the good healthy guidelines it'll steer you towards choosing better food. Like someone else said you can get the books and stuff off of ebay :) Counting points and counting calories are pretty much the same thing. You can your fill of junk…

I tend to stay away from being negative & normally a cheerleader....the only time I'm the voice a reason (or blunt, depending on what they wrote lol) is when it's something down right dangerous that someone is wanting to do. :)

I teach water aerobics and I recommend a high cut (at the neck) one piece to avoid wardrobe malfunctions :laugh:

Loose skin is something you can hide way easier than fat if you do happen to have it :wink:

I found nothing wrong with the original post....it's pretty much what I say to my clients & friends that come to me for advice. So count me in the 10% of women not offended by this post either :laugh:
