I lost the majority of my weight with WW.....if you work it, it will work for you ;) I'm doing the new Points+ now & reviewing it for a local magazine (and TV station). I have 3 months so we'll see!

I do yoga every morning. It helps to center myself :) it makes me a happy camper lol

I'm way more vocal & hyper in real life :) Kinda random sometimes too! My Facebook people see it way more than on here lol

My boys are really into sports...they both play baseball & football. When they aren't playing those we swim, play volleyball, badminton, biking, etc. We are a very active family :) my daughter is 4 and she likes jumping on the trampoline & hooping with me...and pretty much whatever I am doing, she's my shadow lol

I lost the majority of my weight with WW but I went to meetings (the ladies behind the desk weighing you in had to be members at some point to work there). CC & tracking points are basically the same thing. Some people just need that extra structure :)

I'm planning on going back to college this fall since all of my minions (kids) will be in school :) I can't wait! The university near me has an awesome kinesiology program!

To me, variety is the spice of life (or workouts lol) :) My favorite work out at home videos are: Zumba, Yoga Booty Ballet, anything Ellen Barrett makes, Jillian's 6 pack abs I go to Zumba classes and teach Aqua Zumba.....love it!! (I love any class though at the place I work lol)

You can get the nutrients you need for your body with everything else you ingest for the day :) Typically I eat skinny cow, weight watcher's, or breyers smooth & dreamy bars.

Just omit the corn & maybe add in a cup of red or yellow bell pepper :)

It's either going to happen or not....mine isn't too bad & I'd rather have that instead of 160 pounds of fat. Loose skin is easier to hide :wink:

I lost the majority of my weight on WW & for me the points wasn't as overwhelming as counting calories. Long story (it's in my blog) but now I count calories :) Its up to you...either one will help you lose weight as long as you are working at them! :)

I teach water aerobics & I love it! Most of the women that do come are older but lately I've been having a younger crowd mix in. Try it a few times...push yourself & if you need something a bit more ask the instructor. We are teaching the class for everyone :)

Any time you fit in exercise is a good time....there isn't any big difference with morning vs evening :)
