I just don't tolerate negativity. I don't care if they are family, friend or some freak on the street....if they are toxic they are warned then I walk away. My mom didn't think I was serious but she does now...and leaves me out of it lol I'm the oldest of 7 ;)

You can't spot reduce but as you lose the weight it'll get a bit better. Strengthen your core now :) I've had 3 c-sections & have a pretty decent looking stomach now. The problem for me is my thighs lol

Clementines are my current favorite :) Hard boiled eggs are running a close second!

I really like the weight watcher's cookbooks :) lately I've been doing e-mealz.com to cut down on my planning & shopping time....so far I'm loving it!

It's already figured into your BMR so don't count it as exercise or an activity :)

I'm a certified personal trainer & I teach fitness classes :) My other love is being a wildlife rehabilitator

I have no pouch...I'm never going to have a defined stomach but it's flat :) I do workout a lot though (it's my job!) & in fact one of my classes is a hardcore ab class. Loose skin in general has a lot of factors & the pouch is no different.

I teach fitness classes & do 2-3 classes a day Monday - Friday...Saturday is my rest day & Sunday I usually do a DVD, kinect game, elliptical or go running :)

It takes months to build actual muscle ;) Which leads me to my favorite phrase to hate "your fat turned into muscle". Ummmm....that isn't possible lol I hear people say that a lot, ugh!

I used to do those parties...for 6 years & just phased it out since my fitness class load has picked up :) my before and after pic in my avatar is from our convention (2 years apart)

I have a full plate myself (I have 3 kids....one with PDD-NOS. Plus my DH travels a lot, blah) but I'm on the top of my priority list....your health and well being is just as important as your family's, if not more since as a mom, we are the top caregivers. I'm not saying ignore the kids but the house can wait at least 30…

I have a loose skin FAQ in my blog :)

When I first started I went with the Weight Watcher's core program....I wanted a food list to eat from since I just wanted to start over. I luckily had a WW leader that was a nutritionist too & she was a great asset to those first few critical months. I did not starve by any means! I quit because my leader left & the other…

When I'm teaching Zumba it can be close to 800-900 calories burned since I over exaggerate the moves. When I'm just participating I burn 600-700 for an hour (all per my bodybugg)
-
It's a total number to simplify my otherwise long explanation ;)
-
I manually entered mine to be 1550 since that's what my bodybugg recommended. I've seen bigger losses at this amount than at 1200 ;)
-
I weigh in every morning but only record my weight on Sunday :)
-
Welcome! A year from now, you'll be glad you started today.... :)
-
I got one for Christmas and I'm loving it! I'm burning a lot more than I thought I was & it has been a big help with me tweaking some things (like raising my daily calorie goal on here!). The dashboard for food tracking sucks but that's what we have MFP for ;)
-
You can do it! :D Try to be your own best friend instead of your worst critic.....other than that just commit to do it :)

As someone that lost a big amount....honey there is no way it's happening. Find yourself another job :/
