If someone has lots of pictures especially right after they hit goal it's more of a "oh gosh.....I did it! I actually did it! " kind of thing. I am proud of what I've done but my struggles didn't go away when I made my first goal so being full of myself never entered the picture.

Y'all can do this! It does get a bit overwhelming if you dwell on the big number you have to lose. Breaking it down to 10 pound increments helped me! Have patience & determination :)

Wherever we go, I make sure there is nutritional info & a menu online. I pre-plan going out & ask them to bring out a take home container with my meal.

You can get the same "workout" by shaking small free weights or a small child (joking!) I was given one by someone that meant well....I tried it just to see what it did so I could explain to my clients & all it gave me was a huge headache lol

If you are eating within your calorie range (including experimenting with eating your exercise calories), your next step would see your doctor.
