I normally eat popcorn at night....if I just want to chew or bored & can't sleep, I go brush my teeth or drink a cup of hot rooibos tea :)

I usually save 100 calories for some air popped popcorn :) It doesn't matter what time you eat, as long as you stay within your daily calorie goals.

Schedule it in like it's a doctor's appointment or some important meeting :)

From what you wrote here, it sounds like you went from one extreme to another? Take a deep breath :) it's only been 2 weeks....try eating some/most/all of your exercise calories. Don't give up!

My favorite thing to do with my 4 year old is to turn on the radio & dance around with her :) we also hula hoop, jump on the trampoline, zumba DVDs (she loves zumba lol) & she has her own mat to do pilates with me lol Her new thing is playing on the kinect!

I would just lead by example....for me, I know I would have taken it the wrong way if a family member came to me with their concerns.

I keep a couple of them in the freezer as a "just in case". :)

Start at 1400, if you are still losing on that go up by 50-100 calories until you don't see a big weight shift in either direction. It'll be wobbly at first but stay persistent :)

I started with WW at first (the core plan back then) because I needed someone to tell me what I could have or couldn't. If you want food lists, if you google you can find them for free :)

You know your limits :) a lot of new people don't though & throw themselves into an unrealistic routine, they wind up quitting. Now that I know you are athletic, go for it!

I recommend just doing what you are doing for now to make it habit & slowly increase the amount.....doing too much, too fast most of the time will lead to burning out

you can search "rebounder" on YouTube & find some good workouts :) I teach air-aerobics with them & there is a whole bunch of exercises you can do on them!

I've had 3 c-sections and I'm happy to say my flap isn't there anymore :) my oldest was a 9lb 15oz & 24in long boy....it was an emergency c-section.

I'll be practicing my air-aerobics class at home & going in later to the studio I work at to catch the Zumba w/hoop toning class :)
