I recently changed my goal to "maintain my current weight". That put my calories at 1650 instead of 1200. Now I have started slwly gaining weight! Should I reduce my calories back down to 1200? I started feeling hungry and lethargic with that few calories. Please help me figure out what to do! Thanks!

Why don't you try something in between? Try 1400 and see how you feel.0

Keep working out and keep your calories you may have to adjust a few hundred of them. Also your body may be adjusting. See what happens over 2 weeks but I would go to 1300-1400 and see how you feel. If your feeling tired and hundry that it not good. Also what are you eating. Make sure they are good clean healthy foods. Nothing out of a box or processed no pops ect. those things will cause weight gain. Any questions jsut ask. I have been trying to find my magic Number( calories I need with out feeling tired or hungry)0

Start at 1400, if you are still losing on that go up by 50-100 calories until you don't see a big weight shift in either direction. It'll be wobbly at first but stay persistent0
