Hi my name is Tammy. I'm new to this. I want to feel better have more engergy to play with my son. Tired of always wanting to sleep my life away. Ready for a change.

    Hi Tammy, my name is Shelly. I am somewhat new too. I've been using the app on my iPhone for a couple months now, but I just started checking out the website last night. There's lots of great stuff on here. I also have a 3 year old son. How old is your little guy? Mine is full of energy and I definitely know your feelings of trying to keep up with him. My husband's biggest complaint has been how much I sleep. I know I require a lot of sleep, but I pretty much sleep my life away. I'm ready for a change too! How's it going for you so far?
