Yes I remember that day I was to go back and enter a different soup, I have set my weight loose goal to 1.5 lbs a week, It says that I should be eating 1200 cal. but lots people have told me that it is not enough so I bumped it up to 1400 cal. per day and there doesn't seem a difference. I know that it is not maybe the right reason but it is not the only reason I want it for myself too. I just get tried of this one person telling me what I should and should not eat. And I don't eat alot of junk to begin with.
