WHAT'S WRONG
I have been logging, watching, weighing, measuring all my food & exercising for 19 days and all I have lost is 1.1 lbs. Am I missing something? Please help

HOW MANY CALORIES ???
How do you know how many calories you need to eat in order to lose weight? I am currently on a 1200 cal. a day but everyone I talk to says that it is too low. I do have a office job but I also doing a lot of moving I average about 10,000 steps as day (fitbit) and I also workout at curves 3 -4 times a week. Please help…

Holidays are over
Hi there I was in Mexico in December and Hawaii in January, and with Christmas in betweeen it is now time to get back to losing some weight. At my work 2 of my co-workers got lay off - I work at a RV dealer so work is seasonal. And both of these co workers are skinny and they are always telling my that they can eat anything and they don't exercise and so on. So they will be back in Feb.
