I am new to MFP I am very excited to get a handle on my eating habits. One thing that I notice is that I don't eat enough I have been doing this for about a week and every day it tells me that I am not eating enough calories, I am not hungry and I don't eat, but I know that this is my biggest problem, My Second problem is that I find it hard to exercise I know that once I start exercise that will help in taking the weight off. It is very hard to motivated to excerise. Any pointers would help
