OK I'M IN!!!!!! MARC4 START WEIGHT=210 GOAL WEIGHT=145.0 POUNDS TO LOSE= 65.00 WEEKLY GOAL=1-2 LBS 1 cup of Cheerios, 1/2 cup of skim milk (killer on the sugar content!!) and 1/2 ounce of fresh blueberries........and of course water......lots of water...... :wink: ALL THE BEST EVERYONE!!!!!

I'm new and although I realize that my 8lb loss is mostly water weight, I think I'm finally on the right track......thanks to all of the postive posts on this site!!!! I look forward to being a great loser...... :)

Hi! and Great for you, I am new here also and find that being consistant and logging everything really helps......I have (had) 78lbs to lose and find myself very motivated and on course.
