  • Just now when I tried to do a search for 'Myfitnesspal' I recieved a reply that 'Myfitnesspal' could not be found!!!! Needless to say my heart skipped a beat and I panicked.....slightly, ok, more than slightly. Thank God, I don't know what happened, but obviously I found it. Just goes to show how much I depend on this site…

  • Hi there, really, I don't think I'd worry about the 20 calories at all, just my opinion.....however, the V8 Splash is loaded with sugar, if its the one my kids drink because they don't all like veggies....... My personal preference would be to EAT my calories rather than drink them.......seems more satisfying to me, again,…
