Its only 10:30 am and already.........

I've eaten my regular daily calories plus some of my excercise cals........and I'm still hungry.......I admit I did work hard this morning but....what's a girl to do for the rest of the day!!!!!!

    Veggies. Eat lots and lots of veggies.

    Celery, carrots, sugar free pudding...anything low calorie you can think of! You could also exercise more to earn more calories!
