GOD I love dairy, and we do have a fridge. If I keep salad, what's a way to preserve the lettuce so it doesn't go bad as quickly (besides eating it all lol). What kind of beans?

To be honest, I'll have to agree with the users who are saying it's not weight you should be focused on, but measurements. I'm 5'0" and 125lb, but I have more muscle than fat on my body, so the scale only hurts my feelings lol. I like this attitude! I do agree that a lot of people who are doing gluten-free is due to the fad. What was a doctor's diagnosis to help those who actually need to be gluten-free turned into a multi-million dollar profit.

I'm sorry for being one of those people. LOL But there are days (more frequent lately) where I am unhappy with my appearance. :( I look at girls better looking at me and think, "Man I wish my stomach was flat like that!" Boo-hoo.

That's what I don't understand about people who throw news articles, studies, etc at others. Although they may be helpful, it doesn't apply to everyone, and I think people should use more of their personal experiences as a basis for reasoning - or at least a balance between the two. :U

If you could find a gym that is open 24/7, I definitely recommend signing up for a guest pass, see how you like it, and then join. And then if you're at work, pack up your gym clothes and plop them right in the driver's seat so you can go straight from work to the gym before heading home. That's what I try doing sometimes…

Grab a plate, put a sample size of everything on my plate (use two plates if needed), see what I like, then go back and pig out. Leave room for dessert. Pig out. Feel guilty tomorrow. :)

Yesterday's sausage, cheese, and egg crossiant from Dunkin Donuts was a whopping 748cal for me. McDonald's egg McMuffin doesn't even have that much! I was floored and guilty to say the least, lol.

I'm amazed at what some people hate to eat. O: I could never imagine myself without some dishes like fruit, seafood, etc. I'm not a raw carrot fan, and I detest okra. Yuck. Egg plant is also really gross.

I prefer the treadmill over the elliptical. I've tried the elliptical before, and I don't like how awkward it feels, especially with my short stature. I'm much more comfortable with the treadmill especially since I do HIIT, and it's as close to running outside as I can get without dying from allergens.
