I've tried lots of turkey meatballs and these are the only ones I like. Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt. It comes in a few flavors and ranges from 120-130 calories per cup.

No idea where Prunedale is, but I go to a GREAT bra shop in Monrovia that has bras of every size! An internet search may help her to find a local bra shop that specializes in large sizes. If you have any strip clubs near by she could also go ask some of the strippers that have ginormous implants.

Would this also be a mans name? Say....****?

I think that many of us don't have a specific preference one way or the other...it depends on the indivudual guy and whether it fits his particular look or not. In your case, it does! Now, if you really want to start a debate, ask us if we like chest hair or not. :-)

Post a picture and we'll tell you if it looks good. :-)

This is what I always heard too....that a bra, day or night, will help prevent sagging.

I am very (VERY) well endowed and I'm uncomfortable without one, so I pretty much always have one on - day or night. During the day I like an underwire pretty bra. At night I sleep in a soft white bra without an underwire. Living in Cali, and having lived through the Northridge quake, I also have a fear of getting stuck…

Before I had my kids I liked my steaks rare to medium rare... Somehow I developed a taste for them medium-well or well while I was pregnant and I never went back to rare.

I just bought some lat night. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

Definately a lot of processed food on the list. I will admit that I am very guilty of eating a lot of processed food. Unfortunately, I work 9-10 hours per day and have two kids and a house to take care of, so real food that I prepare myself is often a luxery that I simply don't have time for. When I do, however, this is my…

How do you make these?

Turkey (NO cheese), lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, cucumber, onion (sometimes), bell peppers, pickles, banana peppers, vinegar, and mustard on wheat. YUM! It comes in at something like 250-275 calories per 6 inch sub. I usually get the foot long and eat half for lunch and half for dinner.

I love peanuts as a snack, in moderation though since they have a lot of calories...

Yup, same issue here! I know "they" say that we should eat breakfast, but don't "they" also say that we shouldn't eat unless we are hungry?

If it ain't chocolate, it aint worth it!

I doubt I could ever look at a Twinkie again after being on a diet like that! Those things are nasty enough as it is, but to eat 12-15 of them a day? Ew!

He supplemented his diet with a multi vitamin and at least one serving of vegetables every day. And I'm with you, I think it's a brilliant study too. It also goes to show that there is a lot more to be learned in the health/weight-loss arena.

I think this may be the most interesting thing in this article: "Haub's "bad" cholesterol, or LDL, dropped 20 percent and his "good" cholesterol, or HDL, increased by 20 percent. He reduced the level of triglycerides, which are a form of fat, by 39 percent." Very counter-intuitive...

Amazing to think about the implications of this. Perhaps it's NOT what we eat after all that matters, perhaps it really is all about the pure calorie count and portion sizes. Perhaps this partially explains why some diets such as low carb, where you ultimately end up eating less calories because your never hungry, work so…
