I am doing WW but sometimes I track here as well. I lift a ton of weights and I want to make sure I am getting enough protein. I bet you are retaining water weight. Like the above poster mentioned, if you just started working out your muscles will retain water making the scale not reflect what's REALLY happening. Give it another week or two and I bet you will find the scale "catching up" to your new eating and workout plan. Also make sure you…

As long as you can sleep and it's not hindering your goals I believe in eating right up until bedtime. I personally have had NO TROUBLE with reaching my goals with eating right before bed :)

I use Silk Light Vanilla 1/2 cup heated before adding my coffee. Then if I want it more creamy I use Trader Joe's Fat Free Half and Half. :smile:

I eat up until I go to bed. I have no problem and it keeps my metabolism up. However, I don't think it's for everyone. Trial and error. :)
