I actually like 24 hour fitness. I belong to them and Chuze Fitness. I think it's much cheaper to go through Costco. Good luck! :)

I find that I can't get enough protein either unless I include my Whey protein powder protein drinks. I like my drinks mixed with whey protein, vanilla light soy milk, 1 tsp oil (flax, safflower or olive oil) and frozen strawberries. YUM! If I do heavy cardio I usually add some frozen banana to the mix. Best wishes! :)

I like to put 1/2 cooked old fashioned oats (oatmeal) with 1 tsp. olive oil (or flaxseed, canola, safflower or a mix of all 3) 1 scoop Isopure protein powder, cinnamon. This is a great breakfast! :)

I love WW. I am a lifetime member, and have been for over 7 years, and my e-tools are free now. I find that if I go to meetings (free also) I am inspired to stay on track. Also as a lifetime member I can offer insight for the members trying to lose weight. I really enjoy MFP for more detailed information about my lifestyle…

I absolutely love ramen noodles! I buy Thai Kitchen brand ones. They are called Thai Kitchen Green Onion Instant Rice Noodle Soup. They are lower in sodium and fat...etc.. I put in my protein source (chicken, turkey, beef) and tons of veggies. Yum! For this lifestyle to work I had to have my ramen noodles! :) Nutritonals…

I have a BodyMedia Fit and I love it also. I lift weights and run and it's great to see where I am througout the day. It also integrates with MFP and it's fantastic! :)

I absolutely love Weight Watcher's. I lost over 30 lbs and have kept it off for years. I reached lifetime in 2005 and get my etools for free. I track on MFP also for Carbs/Protein/Fat. I go to meetings sometimes and my leader does promote healthy, natural food not processed. I will say the plan has changed from when I…

Great job! You should be very proud of yourself!

I have been lifting for over 30 years. I don't use supplements and I have made gains over the years without them. I would rather spend my hard earned money on good, wholesome food to fuel my body instead.

You look GREAT! Congrats!

I eat old fashioned oatmeal with protein powder, olive oil (OR flaxeed oil, canola, safflower oil), and cinnamon. It's filling plus has carbs/protein/fat.

That is AWESOME!

Of course you can!

When I want something crunchy the Trader Joe's Lite Kettle Korn is delish! They come in individual bags so that way one can't over eat!

I love Trader Joe's! My very favorite item that I like is their Pumpkin Bread Mix and they only have it in the Fall and Winter.

I run and walk. I use the Jeff Galloway Program and I am really enjoying it. I currently run 2 min and walk 1 min. I do this on hills 3x per week. I am up to 3.5-5 miles per run. I was a "hard core" runner for many years when I was younger but took a long break or I would start to run then stop because it was too hard. I…

Only on my cheat meal day! Once in a while I will have a bite of really good chocolate. If you are trying to lose just weight a calorie is a calorie. However, I firmly believe eating wholesome healthy food is the way to go if you want to be fit and LEAN. Also, the right mix of Carbs/Fat/Protein is important too.
