I converted Jamie Oliver's custard base for ice cream into a keto version.... 1 litre HWC, 8 egg yolks, 3 tbsp Splenda/Erythritol mix, warm till thickened, cool, freeze, mixing/shaking every 20 mins or so.... amazing! Going to find some "flavours" for it... would be amazing in those tuppaware frozen treat style molds...?

I'm super lucky, my office has a toasted sandwich maker, I just throw on some baking paper (so the vegetarians don't get upset by my use of the shared machine) and then whack on any piece of meat that takes my fancy B) ground beef, venison, eye fillet steak.... haven't quite gotten to Chicken yet but it's on the list!

I found some great packaged asian style herbs (coriander, ginger, chilli) I thought that might make an interesting addition occasionally to the occasional reheated portion, as well as a touch/swirl of coconut cream to boost the fat content? Maybe add the herbs to the reheat process to get that additional flavour in?
