Bone Broth Estimate?
Hi Folks! I've just made the yummiest Slow Cooker Chicken Broth, using 2 whole chickens, carrots, celery, bay leaves salt and pepper an 2.5 days in the slow cooker.... it tastes and smells AMAZING! And I'm kinda stuck now, how on earth do I do an estimate for logging? :# Anyone with any suggestions pretty please?
