I’m 12 weeks and looking for other pregnant ladies to MFP with. This is my 3rd. I do not want to gain an excessive amount so I am hoping MFP can help me. My goal is to gain less than 15# since I am overweight to begin with.

I did the monkey bars at the playground tonight. The kids that I brought with me were totally impressed that a mom could do them. ;o) Haha... corny, yes... Still, it's a NSV.

On my birthday, yesterday, I resisted eating every piece of chocolate that was given to me... anyone who knows me, knows I LOVE chocolate. Instead, I ate almonds and two triangles from the Toblerone bar my hubby got me (one of my fav's). I didn't have a fail day with the "birthday" excuse I've always used before! :smiley:

I've only lost 15# and I'm terrified I'll go back to where I was!! Once you get fed up, I think that (most of the time) good kind of fear sets in!

I had to tie my shoe laces into double, triple knots because my feet are getting smaller and the double knot leaves the loops hanging out too far... Realized this the hard way, tripped my self doing day 20 of the 30 day shred!!! Woooo!!!

My good friend who HATES exercising (If exercise was a wounded animal in need of some tlc, she'd walk around it!) told me that she wants to start taking better care of herself and that I am inspiring her to start doing more. I felt like I was on top of the world at that moment!

I was able to fit my wedding ring on yesteday! It was too tight to wear but I got it on! It's funny but I was heavier this time last year, and pregnant, when I had to stop wearing it, but it shows me that I was definitely more muscular this time last year too. Looking forward to wearing that again!

I don't get those comments but I do refrain from telling people how much I want to loose. Five things... I'm just starting out on MFP with a serious goal so only a little to post right now. 1. Jogging for 10 minutes straight, 13 minute mile. 2. Not AS winded when climbimg stairs. 3. Enjoy the feeling of eating healthy and feel better when I do it I'll post 4 and 5 when I have a few more accomplishments! LOL
