I don’t think I was very clear. I have already beaten the plateau and am losing again. My concern is whether or not I am at the point where I should be losing more slowly. But thanks for the suggestion! I will definitely incorporate more calories very slowly when I decide to increase.

Well, Miss Sarah, I hate to burst your bubble, but unless I am reading your post wrong, you lost that much in a little over 2 months, not 3! If you started Sept. 17, Nov. 17 would be 2 months of your new lifestyle. CONGRATULATIONS! I took me just under 3 months to lose that much. Keep up the great work! :flowerforyou:

Hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving! I really slacked off, but only gained .8 lbs (water weight I'm sure). So I'm using that as motivation to get back into the swing of things. I will start (again) Week 4 in Column 2 for push ups and Week 5 in Column 2 for squats and sit ups tomorrow.

I did weight in yesterday. I just didn't have access to a computer. I was at 167.8. I was blown away since I wasn't as good as I wanted to be over the long weekend. Now to lose that water weight!
