I decided to take a rest day yesterday with the intention of doing Kenpo today. Goodbye legs and back! I will miss you! Today was my last day of legs and back. It was a great workout! I upped my weights on all the moves that I usually use weights on and I was able to complete them all! I use bands for pull-ups and I found myself doing 20 on some of them so I guess I have to move back or sit to do them…

Week 7 day 4! Yoga today. I NEVER want to get up and do yoga but after I'm done I ALWAYS feel great! Part way through the first half I find myself counting down how many moves are left, I LOVE the stretching and then I curse my way through the yoga belly 7! I did Chest, shoulders and triceps/ab ripper X this morning! I did well, I upped my weights on a lot of the moves this week and I had a personal best on clap push ups! I did 14 on my knees! You figure out how many calories you should eat to lose weight and then add 500 to that # for the baby and if you exercise you would want to use those calories too. When the baby starts on solids you can lower that # a bit!

I'm not a new mom but my kids are 6, 4, 3, and 2 and I breastfed them ALL exclusively for about 4 months and then til they were all a year old! You can add me if you like! I have had lots of experience! Good luck! ~Jessica :happy:

We stay at home for Christmas so that the kids can enjoy their day and all of their new toys! We usually just have snack type food, meat, cheese and crackers, veggi tray, and TONS of cookies! I am planning on just enjoying the day and not worrying to much about what I'm eating! :happy: ~Jessica

I think that today I'm going to put down my goals for the whole week since they are pretty much the same everyday 1. Complete week 7 of P90X 2. Just started week 7! I didn't take a rest day because I missed several days over Thanksgiving! I have to keep telling myself after this week I will be more then 1/2 way done, and recovery week is next week!

Hey I just found this group! I am finishing up week 6 lean version! Today was legs and back and Ab ripper X! I skipped 5 days over the Thanksgiving holiday and started back up where I left off and I am SORE today! I looking forward to Kempo tomorrow, it's my FAVORITE! :happy:
