I'm 5'1 and my calorie goal is set at 1740. I enter 1 calorie for my calories burned from exercise.( I just started this this week, I have been struggling over the last couple months but I'm trying to get back to being more consistent. I have 4 kids! Ages 7,5,4,2 I usually try to get up before the kids need to get up for school, but if I need some extra sleep I either end up doing it right after my older two leave for school while my little guys play, or during nap time! :flowerforyou:

you can manually change your calorie goal back to 1500 if you want

I'm doing Turbo Fire right now! I think it's really fun! It's really upbeat but takes a few weeks to get used to the moves!
